General Terms and Conditions:

Please ensure you understand and agree to the terms and conditions before booking any lesson with Fakie Skateboards. 

When you complete a booking you are deemed to understand the below outlined terms and conditions and are bound by these conditions of sale.

Waiver Form policy 

A waiver form is required to be completed in full by each participant prior to any session. The waiver form must be completed correctly and in full. All waiver forms must be completed online. FAKIE SKATEBOARDS has the right to refuse attendance if a waiver form has not been completed prior to the session. 

Bookings:

Changes to bookings/classes swapped may incur an outstanding balance due to varying prices of sessions. Please ensure payment is made to the outstanding balance if applicable. No payment made means you booking is not complete your spot in the session is not secure

If a group session does not have enough participants signing up initially then it will not run. Participants will be notified in writing via email and be moved into another session in the first instance or be offered a credit or refund. 

Private Sessions:

Private sessions can be booked upon request and payment is to be made upfront. Any sessions missed by you by your absence will not be refunded or credited. Sessions are subject to change however you will be notified in writing. 

Payment and Pricing Policy

All pricing is displayed in AUD. Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. All bookings and purchases must be paid in full and immediately. Session will not be held without payment. Prices are subject to change without notice 

Refunds, Cancellations, Credits and Discounts

All bookings and lessons are considered final. There will be no refunds. Please choose your session, day and park carefully. All cancellation and credit requests must be made in writing via email to info@fakieskateboards.com

Cancellation policies:

Group Sessions: No refunds are given. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 fee. Cancellation due to injury will be provided with a credit to be used for any future sessions, however a medical certificate must be provided. All cancellation requests must be in writing to onfo@fakieskateboards.com stating the reason. 

Private Sessions: No refunds are given. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 fee. Wet Weather Policies:

In the event of wet or severe weather the session will not continue. A make up session will be arranged by FAKIE SKATEBOARDS to account for a lost session due to wet or severe weather. If a make-up session cannot be arranged then a credit will be given for future bookings.

In the event of wet weather it will be at the discretion of FAKIE SKATEBOARDS to make a decision on whether or not the session is to continue. FAKIE SKATEBOARDS will provide at least 30 mins notice on weather. At times 30 minutes notice may not be possible and in the instance a decision will be made by the appropriate coach who will assess the location first. If a suitable time and date cannot be rescheduled than a credit will be offered for future bookings. This is at the discretion of FAKIE SKATEBOARDS and does not apply for people who cannot attend the make-up session. 

Make-Up Sessions:

Make-up sessions for group lessons are run at Fakie Skateboards discretion. We will do our best to schedule make-up at times that best suit over school holidays, weekdays and weekends. Dates and times are at Fakie Skateboards discretion and may not run at the same time as your usual lesson.

 

Behaviour Policy

At Fakie skateboards we want to make the environment as fun, safe and welcoming as possible. We beleive in the golden rule 'treat others how you would like to be treated'. This means behaving in a friendly and well mannered way with respect for other students and coaches. Always listen and take instructions from coaches, safety is their number one priority.  

Privacy Policy

Fakie Skateboards is dedicated to keeping your information safe and secure. We never lend your details to third parties. We only use your information for orders, booking and confirmations. 

 

Throughout the program there will be filming and photography, please advise if you do not wish for imagery of your child to be used for business and marketing purposes.
